INSTRUCTIONS:
1. To order using your credit or payment card, simply click on the product

4. You will be given an opportunity to create a
customer login , but it is not necessary to complete your purchase. Creating

5. Enter your Shipping and Billing information,
choose your method of payment (in this case it would be VISA, Mastercard,
American Express or Discover) and click 'Continue'
6. Select a card type from the drop-down list of
credit cards and enter your details (see below for more specific information
on entering credit card details).

For a valid transaction, please ensure that you input exactly 16 digits.
Also, please be certain to enter the correct expiration date & 3 digit

3. BY MAIL WITH AN ORDER FORM.
You can also order by check by mail. Simply follow the same procedure as
above but choose the "Pay by Check" option as your preferred method of
payment on the final checkout page and follow the instructions.
We accept Personal and Bank Checks or Money Orders.
Orders by personal check typically take an additional 7 business days for
processing.
